Bomberman is a maze action game developed and published by Hudson Soft for the NES. Trapped in an underground factory, the robot Bomberman plants bombs to blast through soft blocks and enemies, clearing each of 50 stages and finding the hidden exit. Power-ups extend bomb range and count. It is the game that established the series’ multiplayer-bombing formula.
