Quake is a first-person shooter based on id Software’s 1996 game, ported to the Nintendo 64 by Midway. Players fight through gothic, dark-fantasy levels against enemies like the Ogre and Shambler, using weapons from the shotgun to the rocket launcher and thunderbolt. The N64 version adds colored lighting and a split-screen deathmatch mode for up to four players.
