Gauntlet II is a top-down hack-and-slash dungeon crawler, ported to the NES by Eastridge Technology and published by Mindscape from the 1986 Atari arcade sequel. Up to four players pick a Warrior, Valkyrie, Wizard, or Elf — now able to choose the same class — and battle through 100-plus dungeon levels, destroying monster generators, collecting keys and potions, and finding the exit.
