Spy Hunter is a vehicular combat driving game, ported to the NES by Sunsoft from Bally Midway’s 1983 arcade hit. From an overhead view, players drive the weaponized G-6155 Interceptor down scrolling freeways — machine-gunning enemy cars, deploying oil slicks, smoke, and missiles picked up from the weapons van, and avoiding civilian vehicles — with water sections converting the car into a boat.
