Gyromite is a puzzle-platformer developed and published by Nintendo for the NES, an NES launch title and one of two games designed for the R.O.B. accessory. Players guide Professor Hector through booby-trapped labs to collect and defuse dynamite while avoiding creatures called Smicks — using R.O.B. (or a second controller) to raise and lower red and blue gates with spinning gyros.
