R-Type III: The Third Lightning on the Game Boy Advance is a 2004 port of the 1993 SNES horizontal shoot ’em up, converted by Raylight Studios and published by Destination Software in North America and Zoo Digital in Europe. Piloting the R-90 fighter against the Bydo Empire, players use three Force pod types and a two-stage chargeable Beam.
