Play Total Carnage Online
Total Carnage is a 1994 Game Boy port of Midway’s 1992 arcade twin-stick shooter, published by Malibu Games. Captain Carnage fights through scrolling stages in the fictional country of Kookistan to overthrow General Akhboob, rescuing POWs and placing timed bombs. The Game Boy’s two buttons replace the arcade’s second stick for aiming. A password system warps players to any stage.
