How Many Gamers With Disabilities Are There?
21% of adult players in the US report having a disability, according to the ESA’s 2025 Essential Facts report.
YouGov ran the online survey from February 11 to 25, 2025, among 5,000 respondents from its own panel, weighted to the US population.
The share covers players aged 18 and over. The report’s 205.1 million player total includes children from age 5, so the two figures do not combine.
