NES Game Reviews #33 – Teenage Mutant Hero(Ninja) Turtles (Konami)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a notoriously rock hard game. Well I’m not going to argue, this took me many attempts to finish. If you know what you’re doing then making it to the Technodrome really isnt as hard as you might think though. However inside there the game just gets insane. And that’s basically all down to those flying footsoilders with the lasers. If you’ve got there you know what I mean…
Solution? SCROLLS and plenty of them! Stockpile the hell out of scrolls early on in the game. I got Raph and Micky stocked up with 80 each then saved them only for bosses. Works on Shreddar too you can kick his arse with scrolls.
If after 30 years your still stuck trying to save the Dam, maybe you should just accept the fact you’re probably not gonna do this game…
