Un classico del NES che alla fine è stato sostituito (solo nel nome e nel combattimento finale) da Punch-Out a causa dell'incarcerazione di Mike Tyson, ma è ancora un grande gioco. Si inizia sconfiggendo il primo contendente, Glass Joe. Sì, chiunque può battere Glass Joe, ma è comunque il primo incontro del gioco.
