Space Invaders is a fixed shooter developed by Z-Axis and published by Activision for the Nintendo 64, a 3D remake of Taito’s 1978 arcade classic and the first series entry not published by Taito. Players move a tank across the bottom of the screen, blasting descending rows of aliens — now with power-ups, multiple weapons, charged special missiles, and end-level bosses. It supports two players.
